DORA is the enclosed fryer which prepares perfect food without manual labour

DORA is a counter-top fryer ideal for restaurants, pubs, pizzerias, kiosks, snack bars and mobile caterers etc. It functions automatically without having to check cooking. The product escapes as soon as it is ready. Production capacity is 600 gr each frying cycle.
DORA is completely enclosed and expels smoke and vapours through a flexible pipe, to be connected to a hood or to be vented directly outside the room.
