The MAXIFRY twin fryer, which has two independent baskets and two oil basins, has a purification system that completely eliminates smoke and vapours.
It produces up to 1.2 kg of french fries in 1 minute, with a maximum of 20 Kg/hour. It is also possible to swith only one basin and use the machine as a single fryer.
