With Fry Chef, the new self-contained countertop fryer with two baskets and two operating modes, the operator can select whether to work in automatic or manual mode. In fact, whenever necessary, simply replace the automatic basket with the traditional type large manual basket, with the benefit of having a selfcontained fryer that does not produce any smoke or steam and the advantage of an accurate electronic thermoregulation system and a precise timer with both audio and visual alarm.
